We are told we can have it all and do it all.
But rarely do we talk about the cost.
Modern Womanhood: Reality vs. Myth is a reflective and empowering community workshop designed to unpack the pressures, expectations, and silent narratives women carry every day.
Together, we will explore:
• The gap between social messaging and real life
• How identity pressure impacts relationships and wellbeing
• The difference between empowerment and exhaustion
• How to reconnect with your own definition of womanhood
This is a guided conversation in a welcoming space.
Not a lecture. Not surface-level inspiration.
In honor of Women’s Month, this workshop is offered free to the community.
